Movement Classes

Boot Camp

Games

Eurythmy

In this class, you will learn eurythmy through guided rhythmic exercises, beginning with simple movements and gradually linking them to poetry, speech sounds, and musical elements. Spatial Dynamics

In this class, you will explore space through movement activities taught with progressive exercises, starting individually and moving toward partner and group work. The instructor introduces each concept—personal, shared, or extended space—using visual demonstrations, imaginative imagery, and games that let you experience space dynamically. Team Sports
